Terms of Service
Last updated: July 2, 2026
1. Agreement
By creating an account, collecting payments, or paying through Tabfull (“Tabfull,” “we,” “us”), operated by Tabfull, Inc., a Delaware corporation, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service.
2. What Tabfull does
Tabfull is software that lets clubs, teams, and organizations (“Organizations”) collect dues and other payments online. Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. Tabfull is not a bank, money transmitter, or payment processor and does not hold your funds — money from a payment goes to the Organization's connected Stripe account.
3. Fees
Members (payers) pay a service fee on top of the amount the Organization charges, and the Organization receives the full charged amount. We may change our fees, or add new fees, at any time, with or without prior notice.Continuing to use the service after a fee change means you accept it. Stripe's processing fees and any applicable taxes also apply.
4. Accounts
You must give accurate information and are responsible for activity under your account and for your Organization's charges, members, and communications — including having permission to contact the members you add.
5. Payments, refunds, and disputes
The Organization is the merchant of record for its payments. Refunds, chargebacks, and disputes are the Organization's responsibility and are handled through Stripe; Tabfull does not issue refunds and is not responsible for them. You agree to comply with Stripe's Connected Account Agreement and applicable terms.
6. Suspension and termination
We may suspend, limit, or terminate any account or the service, in whole or in part, at any time and for any reason, with or without notice. You may stop using the service at any time. If an account is closed, you remain responsible for paying out any remaining balance and for any pending refunds or disputes.
7. Acceptable use
Don't use Tabfull for anything illegal, deceptive, or prohibited by Stripe, or to collect payments you aren't authorized to collect. We may refuse or remove any charge or account that violates these Terms.
8. Text messaging (SMS) terms
Tabfull offers transactional dues and payment notifications by text message (“Tabfull dues reminders”). By providing your mobile number and consenting — directly, or through your Organization when it adds you as a member with your agreement — you agree to receive recurring transactional SMS messages from Tabfull on your Organization's behalf: payment requests, due-date reminders, past-due notices, and payment confirmations. Consent is not a condition of any purchase or of membership. Message frequency varies (typically a few messages per dues cycle).
Organizations must collect SMS consent before enabling texts. Each Organization that adds a member's mobile number to Tabfull is required to present Tabfull's standard SMS consent disclosure at the point the member provides that number (the exact language and a form template are published at tabfull.com/sms-opt-in), and to complete Tabfull's in-product consent attestation. By completing that attestation, the Organization confirms it obtained the member's agreement using that disclosure. A number without a completed attestation is never texted; Tabfull retains the attestation as a consent record.
- Opt out: You can cancel the SMS service at any time — just reply STOP. You'll receive a one-time message confirming you've been unsubscribed, and no further messages will be sent. To rejoin, reply START or opt in again.
- Help: If you experience issues with the messaging program, reply HELP for assistance, or email contact@tabfull.com.
- Message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. For questions about your text or data plan, contact your wireless provider.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- For how we handle your information, see our Privacy Policy. Mobile opt-in data and SMS consent are never shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
9. No warranty
The service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that every email will be delivered.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tabfull is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees we earned from you in the three months before the claim.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Tabfull harmless from claims arising out of your use of the service, your charges, your members' data, or your violation of these Terms.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continuing to use the service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
