1. Overview

This explains what information Tabfull collects and how we use it.

2. What we collect

• Account info — the name and email of the person who creates an Organization.
• Member info — names, email addresses, and (if provided for SMS reminders) mobile phone numbers that Organizations upload to send payment requests.
• Payment info — payments are processed by Stripe. Card numbers go directly to Stripe; Tabfull never sees or stores them. We keep basic records of a payment (amount, status, a confirmation reference).
• Usage data — standard logs (such as IP address) needed to run and secure the service.

3. How we use it

To provide the service — create charges, send payment links and receipts, show Organizations who has paid, and process payouts via Stripe — and to support, secure, and improve it.

4. Who we share it with

Service providers that run Tabfull: Stripe (payments), our email provider, and our hosting and database providers. We do not sell your personal information. We may disclose information if required by law.

5. Text messaging (SMS)

If a mobile number is provided for you (by you or by your Organization, with your consent), Tabfull may send you transactional text messages about your dues and payments on your Organization's behalf — payment requests, due-date reminders, past-due notices, and payment confirmations. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase or of membership. Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP, or reply HELP for help.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the categories above exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with, or sold to, any third party. Mobile numbers and SMS consent are used solely to deliver the messages described in this section, via the service providers that transmit them.

6. Members' data

Organizations upload their members' contact info to use Tabfull, and are responsible for having permission to do so. If you're a member and want your data removed, contact your Organization or us.

7. Retention & security

We keep information as long as needed to provide the service and meet legal obligations, and use reasonable measures to protect it. No system is perfectly secure.

8. Your choices

To access or delete your information, email contact@tabfull.com. Transactional emails (receipts, payment requests) are part of the service.

9. Children

Tabfull isn't directed to children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information.

10. Changes

We may update this policy. Continuing to use the service after changes means you accept the update.
