1. Overview
This explains what information Tabfull collects and how we use it.
2. What we collect
- Account info — the name and email of the person who creates an Organization.
- Member info — names and email addresses that Organizations upload to send payment requests.
- Payment info — payments are processed by Stripe. Card numbers go directly to Stripe; Tabfull never sees or stores them. We keep basic records of a payment (amount, status, a confirmation reference).
- Usage data — standard logs (such as IP address) needed to run and secure the service.
3. How we use it
To provide the service — create charges, send payment links and receipts, show Organizations who has paid, and process payouts via Stripe — and to support, secure, and improve it.
4. Who we share it with
Service providers that run Tabfull: Stripe (payments), our email provider, and our hosting and database providers. We do not sell your personal information. We may disclose information if required by law.
5. Members' data
Organizations upload their members' contact info to use Tabfull, and are responsible for having permission to do so. If you're a member and want your data removed, contact your Organization or us.
6. Retention & security
We keep information as long as needed to provide the service and meet legal obligations, and use reasonable measures to protect it. No system is perfectly secure.
7. Your choices
To access or delete your information, email contact@tabfull.com. Transactional emails (receipts, payment requests) are part of the service.
8. Children
Tabfull isn't directed to children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information.
9. Changes
We may update this policy. Continuing to use the service after changes means you accept the update.
10. Contact
Email contact@tabfull.com. See also our Terms of Service.
